Jury selection is to begin Monday in Prince George’s County, Md., in suburban D.C.  for a former FBI agent accused of causing a drunken driving crash that killed an 18-year-old in February 2011, the Washington Examiner reports.

Adrian N. Johnson, who was dismissed from the bureau shortly after the accident, faces nine charges, including vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Johnson is accused of driving drunk in Brandywine, Md.,  when his car veered into oncoming traffic and struck a vehicle driven by Lawrence Garner Jr., the Washington Examiner reported.

Johnson, who was off duty at the time, had a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit to drive, prosecutors allege.

WASHINGTON — It’s unclear where it all stands.

But Martin Weil of the Washington Post reports that an FBI agent was taken into custody following a fatal car crash Monday night in Prince George’s County, just outside of Washington.

The Post reported that an 18-year-old man was killed in the two-car crash in the Brandywine area of the county.

The agent, who was not named, was not charged and was later released, the paper reported. The police said the State’s Attorney’s Office will make a determination whether to file charges against the agent.
