Boston Marathon Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is running his mouth.

The New York Daily News reports that Tsarnaev made a “statement of to his detriment” while his sister was visiting him in prison.

Federal prosecutors didn’t reveal what Tsarnaev said but objected to his attorneys trying to suppress the statement.

The FBI was monitoring the visit from his sister.

Should Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev be given the death penalty?

Legal experts said his lawyers may try to avoid the death penalty by arguing their client was under the influence of his brother, who recently was implicated in a past triple murder, Time reports.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s attorneys are trying to access records that suggest his now-dead brother committed a 2011 triple murder – a revelation made public Monday.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev attorneys said they have evidence that their client’s involvement has “mitigating information.”

The 20-year-old faces 30 federal charges in the twin bombings on April 15 that claimed the lives of three people, Time wrote.

Newly appointed chief of Boston’s FBI office, Vincent Lisi, said his office is nowhere close to being finished investigating the Boston marathon bombing shootings, The Boston Globe reports.

“We owe that to the victims of the bombing,” Vincent B. Lisi, special agent in charge of the Boston FBI, told the Globe. “Our focus, commitment, is that nobody in our office will rest until we’ve identified everyone that had anything to do with the bombing and make sure they face justice.”

The 49-year-old began his career in 1989. Since then, he’s investigated gangs and drug dealers. He also served as deputy assistant director of the Counterintelligence Division at FBI headquarters.

While head of the Boston office, Lisi said he wants to improve the relationship between the FBI and local law enforcement to better respond to emergencies such as terrorist attacks.

All Abdulbaki Todashev wants to know is what prompted an FBI agent to fatally shoot his son.

The FBI won’t say what happened when an agent killed Ibragim Todashev, a companion of one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, at his Orlando apartment earlier this year.

The Associated Press reports that the father is meeting with a Florida a prosecutor who will review the case.

The FBI originally said Ibragim Todashev lunged at an agent but has since backed down from that statement.

Abdulbaki Todashev raised a photo of his dead son during a news conference Tuesday and pledged to uncover the truth behind Ibragim Todashev’s death during an FBI interrogation, The Guardian reports.

Todashev hired two prominent civil rights attorneys in Florida to determine what prompted the death of his 27-year-old son, who was being questioned in May about his relationship with one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects.

The Muslim advocacy group, Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), said it hired experts to investigate the case.

“This case is about police accountability and justice,” Hassan Shibly, the group’s executive director, said. “I don’t think we want to live in a country where people get shot by federal agents in their own homes.”

The FBI continues to declined to comment on Ibragim Todashev’s death, saying it’s still the subject of an investigation.

Abdulbaki Todashev, who lives in Chechnya, arrived in Tampa Monday to begin filing the suit with the help of the ACLU.

Todashev’s son, Ibragim, was killed while being interrogated by the FBI on May 22.

The son was being interrogated about his ties to one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspect when he was killed.

The FBI has refused to say what happened.

“He was shot seven times,” his father told Time. “In the heart and in the head. What is that if not murder?”
