The New York Daily News reports that witnesses have seen what appears to be a black U.S. Secret Service car parked outside Kimberly Guilfoyle’s Central Park West apartment.  She’s dating Donald Trump Jr.

The Daily News reports:

For the fourth straight Tuesday, Donald Trump Jr. enjoyed a date night with Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle, according to a source on the scene. The 40-year-old scion’s secret service detail dropped them both off outside the 49-year-old TV host’s Central Park West apartment for a nightcap.

Passersby have noticed the black SUV’s with out of state plates parked near Guilfoyle’s building every Tuesday since early May.

Rep. Issa Rips DOJ, FBI, Accuses Them of Misleading Congress in Russia Probe

Rep. Darrell Issa

The war of words inside the Beltway over the Trump-Russia investigation shows no signs of letting up.

Rep. Darrell Issa accused the Justice Department and FBI of purposefully misleading Congress when it comes to the origin of the Trump-Russia investigation, Real Clear Politics reports.

“I believe they’re lying through their teeth,” Issa said on Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo.

Issa, formerly chair of the Oversight Committee, claims it “very much a tradition” for the Justice Department to lie to Congress. He wished Intelligence Committee Chair Devin Nunes and Oversight Committee Chair Trey Gowdy good luck finding the truth.

“To be honest, the deputy needs to recuse himself. We need to have a level of transparency. Probably not one person but multiple people who in fact oversee this to make sure that the American people get what they deserve,” Issa said.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity Revealed As Mysterious Client of Trump’s Personal Attorney

President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, was ordered Monday to disclose the identity of a mysterious client whom he had tried to keep secret – and it’s none other than Fox News personality Sean Hannity.

Cohen’s lawyers tried to prevent Hannity’s name from being disclosed earlier in the day, but District Judge Kimba Wood demanded it, according to numerous news reports

The lawyers said Cohen had only three clients – Trump, Hannity and Elliot Broidy, a prominent Los Angeles-based Republican fundraiser who, it was revealed last week, helped Cohen negotiate a $1.6 million settlement with a former Playboy model who said she had an affair with Trump.

Hannity, an outspoken Trump supporter who has repeatedly slammed the FBI’s raid on Cohen’s office, hotel and computers, first responded on Twitter, saying Cohen had “never represented me in any matter,” but the two had “occasionally brief discussions” on unidentified legal issues.

Later on his radio show, Hannity said he believed the conversations with Cohen were confidential.

“I’ve known Michael a long, long time,” Hannity said. “Let me be very clear to the media. Michael never represented me in any matter. I never retained him in the traditional sense as retaining a lawyer. I never received an invoice from Michael. I never paid legal fees to Michael.”

FBI agents seized Cohen’s computers, phones, office and hotel room in a raid that sought, among other records, all communications between Cohen and Trump and his campaign aides.

Cohen, who is under investigation for possible bank fraud and campaign finance violations, has caught the attention of federal prosecutors for his role in combating negative stories about Trump. In 2016, Cohen paid adult-film attorney Stormy Daniels $130,000 to stay quiet about an affair she said she had with Trump shortly after his wife had a baby in 2006.

It’s unclear whether Hannity also is under investigation.

Former Fox News analyst Wayne Simons was a lot of things, but a CIA agent likely wasn’t one of them.

The Washington Post reports that the former professional football player and drug trafficker lied about a career as a spy, according to the CIA.

Simons, who said he spent 27 years as an agency operative, is expected to be sentenced this morning for perpetuating fraud and illegal firearm possession. Prosecutors are asking for a three-year prison sentence.

Authorities investigated Simmons’ life and career and found no evidence he worked as a spy.

Fox News: FBI’s ‘Blatant Malfeasance’ Behind Decision Not to Charge Clinton

FBI Director James Comey

By Tom Fitton
Fox News

There is the bipartisan pretense that the FBI is the only government agency in Washington that is above reproach. Yet, this is the agency that collaborated with Lois Lerner and the IRS in an effort to criminally prosecute opponents of Barack Obama. Then, unsurprisingly, this same FBI (and Justice Department) found nothing worth prosecuting in their own blatant malfeasance.

Again, this is the same FBI whose Keystone Cops approach to counter-terrorism failed to prevent eminently preventable terrorist acts ranging from the Boston Marathon bombing to the Orlando massacre. In fact, we now know that an FBI supervisor actually told one Florida police department investigating Omar Mateen, “We do NOT believe he is a terrorist” [Emphasis in original]

How does an agency with this sort of record escape accountability? Quite simply, by doing favors for the likes of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. It is to politicians like Clinton and Obama that men such as Comey owe their jobs – and agencies such as the FBI owe their budgets. And so, they are subservient.

According to Comey’s testimony before the House Thursday, the Hillary Clinton lies, subterfuge, document destruction and national security violations that would, for starters, get you or any other non-political elitist drummed out of the FBI, shouldn’t even be considered for prosecution by a “reasonable prosecutor.” Well, not if that “reasonable prosecutor” owes his meal ticket and position of power to the likes (and dislikes) of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Justice Department Says It Alerted Fox News to Surveillance of Reporter in 2010

The revelation last week that the Justice Department was spying on a Fox News reporter provoked a response of shock and outrage from the network.

Turns out, the news shouldn’t have been all that surprising.

The Washington Post reports that federal prosecutors alerted Rosen by email and sent a certified letter to Fox’s parent company in 2010.

“The government provided notification of those subpoenas nearly three years ago by certified mail, facsimile, and e-mail,” according to the law enforcement official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the case is ongoing.

News Corps. denies ever receiving a notice.

“We do not have a record of ever having received it,” a company spokesman told The Post.

WASHINGTON –– Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday.

The disclosure of the attorney general’s role came as President Barack Obama, in a major speech on his counterterrorism policy, said Holder had agreed to review Justice Department guidelines governing investigations that involve journalists.

“I am troubled by the possibility that leak investigations may chill the investigative journalism that holds government accountable,” Obama said. “Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs.”

Rosen, who has not been charged in the case, was nonetheless the target of a search warrant that enabled Justice Department investigators to secretly seize his private emails.

The Justice Department tracked a journalist suspected of receiving secret material related to possible leaks of classified information about North Korea in 2009, The Washington Post reports.

In addition to obtaining telephone records from James Rosen, the chief Washington correspondent for Fox News,, investigators used security badge access records to track the reporter’s traffic in and out of the State Department, the Post wrote.

Justice Department investigators also obtained a search warrant for Rosen’s e-mails.

This follows the discovery that the Justice Department also seized telephone records from the AP.
