Two of President Donald Trump’s closest allies on the House Oversight Committee are going after Michael Cohen for his testimony on Wednesday.

Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan and North Carolina Republican Rep. Mark Meadows have asked the Justice Department to investigate whether Cohen committed perjury during his lengthy testimony before their committee, CNN reports.

The criminal referral outlined several areas including Cohen’s claims that he did not seek a job in the Trump White House, his denial of committing bank fraud, as well as his assertion that he did not have any reportable contracts with foreign entities.
