The TSA’s canine companions are not only crucial to airport security, but they’re also undeniably charming.

These specially trained dogs use their remarkable sense of smell to detect drugs and explosives, helping to keep travelers safe.

Now, the TSA is celebrating their four-legged heroes with an online contest to crown the cutest dog in their ranks. Voting kicked off this week.

The four finalists are Carlo, a three-year-old Vizsla from Kansas City Airport; Badger, a Belgian Malinois from Chicago O’Hare Airport; Barni, a German shorthaired pointer stationed at San Francisco International Airport; and Birdie, a yellow lab and Vizsla mix from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

To participate in the fun, you can cast your vote for your favorite pup on Instagram, X, and Facebook.

With more than 1,000 canines teamed up with handlers across the TSA, these dogs are as skilled as they are lovable.
