The U.S. Justice Department is preparing to release flight logs and other documents linked to Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier accused of sex trafficking, Attorney General Pam Bondi said Wednesday.
“I think tomorrow … you’re going to see some Epstein information being released by my office,” Bondi told Fox News, Reuters reports.
She said her department was working to safeguard the personal information of more than 250 victims connected to Epstein, who died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
Bondi said she expected the release to include “a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information” related to Epstein.
Last week, Bondi told Fox News she was reviewing a list of Epstein’s clients and that the release was “a directive by President Trump.”
Among those tied to Epstein was Britain’s Prince Andrew, who stepped away from public duties in 2019 over his association with the financier. He has denied any allegations of wrongdoing.
Bondi, confirmed as attorney general on Feb. 4 after Trump’s election victory, has faced pressure from Republican lawmakers to make Epstein-related records public.
