I totally agree with Sen. Mitch McConnell. I will take it one step farther. The FBI has expanded its authority by becoming active in war zones to the degree it would make even J Edgar Hoover blush. The FBI’s only justification for sending agents to Afghanistan and Iraq is to assume that military personnel are too stupid to handle business there. Having been trained in both the FBI and military intelligence schools, I believe the military personnel are better trained and equipped to handle duties in both theaters of war. FBI arrogance and thirst for power are totally out of control.
