Actor Bill Paxton is wrapping up negotiations to star alongside Mark Wahlberg and Denzel Washington in the cast of “2 Guns,” a movie about a DEA agent and undercover naval officer who unwittingly investigate each other when both steal mob money, Variety reports.
Paxton’s role would be playing a high-ranking CIA operative who is pulled into the mess.
Paula Patton plays Washington’s lover.
The film is being directed by Baltasar Kormákur, who headed up the film, “Contraband.”
Filming began this week and is expected to be in cinemas next year.
