As Hurricane Harvey continues to dump heavy rain on Houston, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection is using aircraft to help rescue people trapped by historic flooding.

CBP’s Air and Marine Operations from Tucson are using UH-60 Blackhawks, 12 crew members, five support staff and three search-and-rescue agents whose expertise is water rescue, Tucson.com reports.

At 12:30 p.m. Monday, air crew members rescued four people trapped in their homes.

The Tucson Sector also plans to send 50 Special Operations Detachment agents Tuesday for public safety purposes.
