FBI Director Christopher Wray has appointed three new leaders of bureau field offices in Alaska, Maryland, and Mississippi.
The FBI made the announcements Monday.
Rebecca A. Day has been named special agent in charge of the Anchorage Field Office in Alaska. Day, who most recently served as section chief in the Critical Incident Response Group at FBI headquarters, began her career with the bureau in 2006.
In 2020, after serving in various roles, Day was promoted to assistant special agent in charge of the Oklahoma City Field Office’s Criminal Branch.
William J. DelBagno will serve as special agent in charge of the Baltimore Field Office. DelBagno had been serving as the acting director of the Inspection Division at FBI headquarters.
DelBagno joined the bureau as a special agent in 2005 and held numerous positions. In 2021, he became chief of staff for the Criminal, Cyber, Response and Services Branches at headquarters.
Robert A. Eikhoff was named special agent in charge of the Jackson Field Office in Mississippi. Most recently, Eikhoff served as a section chief in the Operational Technology Division at FBI headquarters.
Eikhoff joined the bureau as a special agent in 2004 and had a variety of assignments.
In 2016, Eikhoff was promoted to lead a team of investigative and analytic professionals who looked into counterintelligence-related computer intrusions in the Washington Field Office. In 2020, Eikhoff began serving as one of the Washington Field Office’s assistant special agents in charge, overseeing the Human and Signals Intelligence programs and Language Services.
