Paul A. Moses cruised through the last three decades while the Missouri family of a murdered woman desperately sought the killer.
On Tuesday, FBI agents arrested the 64-year-old suspected murderer on federal charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, the FBI reports.
A Jasper County arrest warrant also charges Moses with murder.
Moses was transported to the San Diego FBI Field Office to be photographed and fingerprinted.
