An ICE official accused of sexual harassment, retaliation and lewd behavior is moving into settlement talks with the federal government, Fox News reports.

Former Ice Chief of Staff Suzanne Barr, who resigned last week, has come under criticism from male employees who claimed she was running a “frat-house”-style agency.

The deadline for talks is Nov. 2, according to Fox News.

Barr has denied the allegations.

“In recent weeks, I have been the focus of unfounded allegations designed to destroy my reputation, but of greater concern however, is the threat these allegations represent to the reputation of this agency and the men and women who proudly serve their country by advancing ICE’s mission,” Barr wrote in her resignation letter, according to Fox News.
