A Homeland Security employee was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct after police found him nude in the ocean at Myrtle Beach, Carolina Live reports.
Michael Worth Calfee, 35, of North Carolina got out of the water and dressed when police arrived.
Police said his eyes were red, he was unsteady and had slurred speech.
Another North Carolina resident, who was with Calfee, also was arrested for being swimming in the nude and possessing 4 grams of marijuana.
