As investigators continue to investigate the fatal shooting of a Border Patrol agent in the border town of Naco, Ariz., another agent who was shot during the incident was released from the hospital Wednesday, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The wounded agent, who still has not been named, was shot in the buttocks and leg.
Some details have emerged: Nicholas Ivie, 30, who was fatally shot, was responding with two other agents to an unusual sensor reading designed to alert officials of border activity, the LA Times reported.
But a lot remains unclear: Who shot the agents? Did the agents return fire?
Investigators combed the area Wednesday in search of clues.
