Somewhere at the toxic intersection of pettiness, small-mindedness, and vindictiveness lies the FBI’s decision to reopen the investigation into the mysterious cocaine found in the Biden White House in 2023.
What could possibly come of that? Is the idea that it might belong to the demon himself, Hunter Biden? And if so, what then? No respectable U.S. Attorney would file charges. (Ooops, I forgot, Fox News personality Jeanine Pirro is the new interim D.C. U.S. Attorney).
What a waste of time. Has the FBI run out of public corruption, fraud, violent crime, counterterrorism, or counterintelligence cases to investigate?
Frankly, if the FBI under Kash Patel and Dan Bongino wants to get petty, I’d like them to look into whether “Snooki” from the Jersey Shore reality show was being authentic or just putting on an act that whole time. Inquiring minds want to know.
Bongino has also said he’s resurrecting investigations into the leaked Supreme Court draft related to Roe v. Wade in 2022 and the pipe bombs placed near the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Of the three, the only probe worth revisiting would be the pipe bombs. And frankly, if it turns out the culprit is a Trump supporter, we’ll likely see the charges disappear—probably with the assistance of newly minted DOJ pardon attorney Ed Martin Jr.
The pettiness behind the cocaine probe likely stems from President Trump—though I’m just speculating. Who else would care? Who else is so invested in finding endless ways to embarrass Joe Biden?
The bottom line is: We know Hunter Biden had a drug problem. If the investigation leads to him—so what? Do we really care?
Are there no better ways to use precious FBI resources?
Of course, we know the answer.
