A Mexican man convicted of torturing and killing a DEA agent in 1985 died Tuesday at a federal prison in Florida, the AP reports.
Ruben Zuno Arce was serving a life sentence in the death of DEA Agent Enrique Camarena, who was kidnapped and murdered by drug lords in western Mexico in 1985.
His death was in retaliation for anti-drug raids, the AP reported.
Zuno Arce was the brother-in-law of former Mexican President Luis Echeverria.
