A police chief is accused of retaliating against his temporary replacement for snitching on him to the FBI, CBS New York reports.

FBI agents arrested Port Chester, N.Y. Police Chief Joseph Krzeminski on Monday, saying he physically threatened and retaliated against the department’s acting chief, John Telesca. Last week Krzeminski is accused of going to Telesca’s home and calling him a “rat.”

Krzeminski is out of jail on a $100,000 bond.

Krzeminski’s attorney dismissed the allegations, saying his client was the one who requested an FBI investigation.
