State Department: Powell, Rice also Received Classified Info via Personal Email

Hillary Clinton was not the only former secretary of state who received classified information through private e-mail accounts, according to a review by the State Department.

Politco reports that former Secretary of State Colin Powell was contacted by the FBI about using a personal e-mail account while he was on the job.

The State Department inquire revealed that Powell and former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice also received sensitive information through private accounts.

Powell, however, insisted none of the e-mails he received though his personal e-mail were classified.

“The FBI has come to us,” Powell said, adding that two agents visited him late yeast year to discus e-mail practices while he was SOS from 2001 to 2005
