Steve Bannon isn’t going down without a fight.

The ousted White House chief strategist wants to implicate President Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser in the decision to fire then-FBI Director James Comey, Vanity Fair reports.

Bannon reportedly is urging former chief of staff Reince Priebus to  testify that Kushner and his wife, Ivanka, convinced the president to fire Comey, whose ousting raised questions about White House attempts to stymie the FBI’s investigation into Russia meddling in the presidential election.

According to the report, Trump took the advice of his daughter and son-in-law and quickly dismissed Comey.

Kushner also has been under fire for meeting seperately with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. and a Russian businessman in December.
