An ATF agent who shot the executive director of Little Rock’s airport during an early morning raid in March will not be charged because the shooting was justified, an Arkansas prosecutor said Friday.
The ATF’s role in a pre-dawn raid that ended in the death of an airport executive from Arkansas took center stage at a congressional hearing Wednesday.
The Arkansas airport executive who was wounded in a shootout with ATF agents died on Thursday, authorities said.
An ATF agent was injured in a shootout early Tuesday with the leader of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Arkansas.
