Paul Keenan, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Indianapolis Field Office, will retire on Nov. 30 after 24 years of service with the bureau.
The FBI in March 2020 interviewed the 19-year-old man who shot and killed eight people at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis after his mother warned law enforcement that he might try to “commit suicide by cop,” the bureau said.
Paul Keenan, who most recently served as a section chief for the Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG), has been named special agent in charge of the Indianapolis Field Office.
