A Texas truck driver captured a Border Patrol agent in a moment of complacency.
Travis Pope was video-recording as he approached a Border Patrol checkpoint.
After being asked whether he was a U.S. citizen, Pope responded: “Yea, but does it really matter?”
The agent, apparently unaware of the recording, said “not anymore, unfortunately.”
