A Border Patrol supervisor was arrested after an altercation with Laredo police in Texas shortly after midnight on Friday.

Mark Anthony Rocha, 38, has been charged with interfering with public duties and resisting arrest, KGNS-TV reports.

According to police, Rocha’s wife was involved in a minor crash involving a parked vehicle. While she was speaking with law enforcement, Rocha approached the officers and began to argue with them.

“After being told that the investigation was happening, he disregarded the officer’s commands and closed the door on the officers. The officers attempted once again to talk to him, and that was when he disobeyed the officers’ commands and they brought him out of the vehicle,” Ofc. Jose Espinoza said.
