The FBI and state investigators are looking into more than 100 suspicious packages and letters that were sent to Kansas public officials, including the Republican state attorney general
To date, authorities say the powder has not been found to be harmful, but further tests are being conducted, the Kanas City Star reports.
On Friday, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation said more than 30 letters had been sent. That number grew to 100-plus on Sunday.
ABC News reported Monday night that letters were also sent to former President Donald Trump and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Those letters were intercepted before they reached them.
On Saturday, Republican State Rep. Tory Marie Blew posted this on Facebook after receiving a suspicious letter.
