If anything, FBI Director James Comey’s letter to Congress on Friday has provided more fodder for the late night talk show hosts.
Stephen Colbert on his Monday night show addressed the vagueness of Comey’s letter about the Hillary Clinton emails, saying:
“That’s like a captain yelling, ‘All hands on deck, head for the life boats, at some point I’ll have more information.’”
He added: “If a tree falls in a forest and no one’s around to hear it, it’ll still be more informative than James Comey.”
